Before you get in touch
Nazaha Construction does not publish prices. Every job is quoted after a consultation, because the cost of construction work depends on the site, the access, the condition of what is already there and the specification - and a figure published without those is a figure that will be wrong. Get in touch to discuss the job and a quote will follow the consultation.
It starts with a consultation to discuss requirements, ideas and goals, followed by planning to assess what the work actually requires and develop a practical approach. Construction and installation follow, and every job finishes with a completion review to confirm the result meets what was agreed.
It depends on the structure, its size and siting, and the council. The service area spans City of Gold Coast, Brisbane City Council, Logan, Redland, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Moreton Bay and, across the border, Tweed Shire under New South Wales legislation - and the rules are not the same in all of them. What applies to your property is confirmed at the consultation, before anything is quoted.
These are complementary trades rather than unrelated ones - a roof is framed before it is covered, cladding fixes to a frame, and joinery is installed into carpentry. Holding them together is what removes the handover points between trades, which is where most defects and most delays on a job actually originate.
