How we work
Four stages, and you always know which one you are in.
A Nazaha Construction project runs in four stages: consultation to discuss requirements and identify approval needs, planning to assess the work and develop a practical approach, construction and installation, and a completion review to confirm the result meets what was agreed. Projects run across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding areas.
The four stages
Consultation
We discuss your requirements, ideas and project goals, and look at what is already there. This is also where approval requirements get identified, before anything is designed around them.
Planning
We assess the work actually required and develop a practical approach: sequence, access, what has to happen before what, and where the decisions sit.
Construction and installation
We complete the works safely and efficiently, with attention to detail. If something unexpected turns up, you hear about it early and in plain terms, with the options.
Completion review
We review the completed works with you to confirm the final result meets what was agreed, rather than leaving you to find the list yourself.
What to expect along the way
When will I know what it costs?
After the consultation. Construction pricing depends on the site, the access, the condition of what is already there and the specification - which is why no prices are published on this site. A number quoted before anyone has looked at the property is a number that changes, and the change is always in the same direction.
What happens if something unexpected turns up?
It usually does, especially on renovations and recladding. Damaged framing behind old cladding, a floor that is not level, a previous alteration done badly. The useful thing is being told early, in plain terms, with the options and what each one changes - not discovering it on the final invoice.
Because carpentry and structural timber work are in the same scope, most of those discoveries can be dealt with by the same crew rather than stopping the job while another trade is found.
Do you handle approvals?
Approval requirements are identified at the consultation, before anything is designed around them. Requirements differ across City of Gold Coast, Brisbane City Council, Logan, Redland, Ipswich, Scenic Rim and Moreton Bay, and again in Tweed Shire, which sits under New South Wales legislation entirely. What applies to your property is confirmed for your property rather than assumed from the last job.
What state will you leave my house in?
Most residential work happens in a house someone is still living in. Site setup, noise, access and daily clean-up get agreed at the start, so the household knows what each day looks like rather than finding out.
What that gets you
Multi-trade construction expertise
Carpentry, joinery, roofing, cladding, structures and landscaping under one business, which is what makes coordinated work across internal and external elements possible at all.
Quality workmanship
Accurate, reliable construction work. The measure is not how a job looks on handover day but whether the door still closes properly in two years.
One trusted construction partner
Complementary services under one point of contact, which removes the handover points between trades where most defects and most delays actually originate.
Professional service
Clear communication, agreed dates, and early notice when something changes. Every property is treated with respect, including the ones people are still living in.
Attention to detail
From structural works through to finishing details. The structural work decides whether a building stands; the details decide whether anybody enjoys it.
Safety focused
Committed to safe work practices and completing work responsibly, on every site and at every scale.
