What this site collects

This website collects two things.

What you type into the enquiry form. Your name, contact details, the suburb and whatever you write about the job. It is emailed to Nazaha Construction so somebody can reply to you, and it is used for that. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone who is not working on your enquiry.

Anonymous usage statistics. Which pages get visited, roughly where in the world from, and which links get clicked. This is measured with PostHog with IP addresses anonymised and no cross-site tracking, and it exists to show which pages are useful - not to build a profile of you.

What this site does not do

No advertising trackers. No selling or sharing of personal information. No third-party marketing cookies. Maps on the contact page, if shown, load only after you click, so nothing is requested from a third party until you ask for it.

Your information

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@nazaha.com.au. Enquiry emails are kept as long as they are useful for the job they relate to and for normal business records.

Australian privacy law

Nazaha Construction handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how a request has been handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
