Kit shed or custom build?
Both are common and the right answer depends on the block. A kit garage or shed is quick and cost-effective on a flat, open site with straightforward access. On a sloping or tight block, or where the structure has to match the roofline and cladding of an existing house, a custom build usually costs less by the time site works, modifications and finishing are counted.
Nazaha Construction installs supplied kits as well as building custom structures, so the recommendation is not tied to selling one of them.
Attached or freestanding
An attached garage or carport has to tie into the existing roof, fascia and cladding without creating a water path into the house - which is where most problems with attached structures come from. Because roofing, fascias, eaves and cladding are all in scope here, the junction is built by the same trade that built the structure rather than left between two.

Yes. Nazaha Construction installs client-supplied kit sheds, garages and carports, including the site works, footings and any modifications the block requires. Have the kit documentation available when you enquire so the footing and siting requirements can be checked.
Yes. Attached carports and garages are part of the scope, including tying the new roof into the existing roofline, fascias and eaves. That junction is the usual source of leaks on attached structures, and it is built by the same trade that handles the roofing and roofline work.
